How to Order

NEW PRESCRIPTIONS

To submit your prescription to us, please choose from the following options.
Please note that we require the original prescription at our pharmacy before we can dispense any medication.

Email

You can email your prescription to orders@compoundedmedication.com.au.
Please ensure all your details on the prescription are legible and there is a contact number included.

Fax

You can fax your prescription to 1300 887 354. Make sure all details are legible and a contact number is included.

Phone

You can call us on 1300 887 346 to discuss how best to get your script to us.

Upon receipt of your prescription, we will call you to meet our compounding pharmacy obligations (including patient counselling). Please note that by law we require the original copy of every prescription before we can dispense medication.

It is a legal requirement that all original prescriptions be mailed to Compounded Pty Ltd or brought in if you are picking up your medication.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

If you have repeats on your prescription you may leave them on file with us. You can then contact us via any of the above methods advising that you would like your repeat filled.

If your repeat prescription is from another pharmacy, please follow the new prescription process above and include both the original script and repeat authorisation.
