As a pharmacy based in NSW, all medicines supplied are prepared and dispensed in accordance with applicable Australian legislation and professional standards. Because many of our products are compounded specifically for individual patients, special shipping conditions apply.

Prescription Medicines

All prescription medicines are dispensed only upon receipt of a valid prescription issued by an Australian-registered prescriber.

Orders are processed once:

• A valid prescription has been received and verified
• Payment has been confirmed
• Clinical review has been completed where required

Compounded medicines are made to order. Preparation time may vary depending on the formulation.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard (Non-Refrigerated) Items

• $17 flat rate – Australia-wide
• $25 flat rate – Western Australia (WA) and Northern Territory (NT)

This rate applies to non-refrigerated compounded medications and retail products that do not require temperature control.

Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier but are typically:

• NSW Metro: 1–3 business days
• Interstate Metro: 2–6 business days
• Regional/Remote areas: Additional time may apply

Cold Chain (Refrigerated) Shipping

• $30 flat rate Australia-wide

This applies to items requiring temperature control (2–8°C).

Cold shipping includes:

• Insulated packaging
• Ice bricks or temperature-control materials
• Express or priority handling where required

We dispatch refrigerated items early in the week (generally Monday–Wednesday) to minimise the risk of weekend transit delays.

Important:
Patients must ensure someone is available to receive refrigerated deliveries. We cannot guarantee product integrity if parcels are left unattended.

Western Australia & Northern Territory Shipping

Due to increased carrier costs and transit distances:

• Standard non-refrigerated items: $25 flat rate
• Refrigerated items: $30 flat rate

Additional transit time may apply for remote locations.

International Shipping

We may ship internationally where legally permitted.

Please note:

• International shipping costs are subject to change and quoted at time of order.
• Customs regulations vary by country.
• Import permits, duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot guarantee temperature integrity once a product leaves Australia.
• Prescription medications may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

Patients are responsible for ensuring medicines can legally be imported into their destination country.

Dispatch Timeframes

Compounded medicines are made specifically for each patient.

Typical timeframes:

• Standard compounded items: 1–3 business days preparation
• Complex formulations: May require additional time

If there are delays due to ingredient supply, clinical clarification, or high demand, we will notify you.

Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once dispatched, parcels are handled by third-party carriers.

• Tracking details will be provided where available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, industrial action, or other events beyond our control.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly so we can liaise with the carrier.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

For refrigerated products:

• Deliveries should be brought inside promptly.
• Do not use products that arrive warm unless advised by our pharmacy team.
• Contact us immediately if there are concerns about temperature integrity.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of compounded medicines:

• We cannot accept returns of compounded prescription medications unless required due to error or defect.
• Retail (non-medicine) items may be eligible for return in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If there is an error with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
